We would like to introduce ourselves and our services to you. New Classic Homes Design and Build Inc. builds custom homes in Clark and Cowlitz counties. Our service begins with design creation and concept in concert with the property setting and customer style requests. We will gladly work with you to provide complete drawings and plans in house. We can also choose a plan from the thousands available from plan services, a very good way to go.

After development of a setting sensitive concept, we work with you to develop the total design including complete interior with you or your interior designer. We can include color concept and interior furnishings in our services. We work with all government agencies and architectural review committees to get all approvals necessary for your project.

To complete your project we offer landscape design at the highest level to fully coordinate with and highlight your dream home. We specialize in ponds, streams, interior water features, naturescaping, and exterior lighting.

Our projects are each unique and range widely in style, from Victorian to Craftsman. All of our projects are unique and special. We build homes from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet, the one thing they all have in common is quality. You will work directly with us, Don and Carol Parker, we manage all aspects of your home construction from start to finish. Our homes are built based upon a fixed price contract with a detailed written specifications as part of the contract .

We gladly accept calls to discuss our availability for your project and to arrange a meeting to begin turning your dream home into reality. Now is the time to start projects for late summer building although we build year around in all conditions.
